We developed a poster campaign for WBS TRAINING to effectively counteract the shortage of skilled workers.

Challenge
WBS schools provide training and continuing education in the fields of health, nursing, and social services. And they do so at a time when there is not only a shortage of skilled workers, but also of the people who train them. This shortage has a direct impact on the next generation. To attract new staff to their schools, WBS commissioned us to create a poster campaign. Clear in its message, powerful in its impact.
Implementation
Of course we wanted to support this institute. After all, its work is important for the common good. We developed a suitable visual style for the relatively young target group, formulated strong messages, and designed various motif ideas.
Impact
The poster campaign was so successful that WBS expanded the content to other print and online media.
